LOCTITE® 3217 is an epoxy based dual cure adhesive which can be cured by both UV light and heat. The maximum performance of this material is achieved by exposure to UV light of sufficient intensity, followed by thermal cure. It is ideal for use in image sensor module assemblies, camera module bonding with Active alignment process.
