LOCTITE® 3873 is a light grey, opaque, thixotropic, self-shimming, thermally conductive, liquid acrylic ester adhesive. When used with LOCTITE Activator 7387, its rapid cure forms a high strength, high modulus, thermoset acrylic polymer. Recommended applications include the bonding of various heat generating devices (power devices) to thermal spreaders.
