LOCTITE® 3874 is a thermally conductive, high viscosity adhesive material that, when used with Activator 7287™, rapidly begins to cure. Once cured, this product offers a high strength and high modulus bond without any visible bubbles. The thixotropic characteristics of LOCTITE 3874 reduces migration of the liquid material during the application process.
