LOCTITE® TC 8M is an electrically insulating material that offers high dielectric strength and that maintains its paste-like consistency without hardening even after long exposure at elevated temperatures. Typical applications include, heat sinks in semiconductor devices, thermostats in thermoelectric devices, radiators, mounting surfaces, as well as power resistors and chassis.
