LOCTITE® ABLESTIK CF 3366 is a flexible material that offers very high electrical and thermal conductivity with superior grounding and minimum thermal resistance to the heat sink. It is compatible with temperature-sensitive substrates and components and cures at various temperatures. The combination of adhesive properties provides reliable RF ground plane performance. The adhesive film is suitable for extreme environmental conditions and maintains adhesion strength for temperatures as high as 175° C. LOCTITE ABLESTIK CF 3366 passes NASA outgassing standards.
